luxury villa in Chianti originally built as a monastery in
the XV century and located near Greve in Chianti, Tuscany.
This luxury rental villa boasts 57 acres of land with extensive
woods and meadows to explore, a beautiful organic oil and
wine plantation and a frontage along the River Pesa. This
luxury villa is located in a quiet location providing an idyllic
setting to enjoy the Chianti countryside.
Villa Nicia is on two floors and the accommodation details
are as follows.
Ground floor:
- From a vine-covered pergola over a large furnished terrace,
entrance into a sitting room with open fireplace.
- Huge villa country kitchen/dinner room complete with stove
top, oven, fridge and dishwasher.
- Separate laundry room.
- Very special spacious living/dining room (44 mq) with a
double divanbed.
- One bedroom with two single beds and attached bathroom with
shower.
- One single bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.
- One large suite bedroom with double bed, open fireplace
and private entrance. Bathroom with shower and bidet.
First floor:
- An indoor stone stairway open onto a reading and TV room
with a queen bed used as sofa, next a very large living room
(50 mq) with open fireplace, a billiard table and access to
a beautiful loggia with a breath-taking view of the olive
groves reachable also by an external bricks stairway.
- One suite with double bed with bathroom with bath, shower
and bidet.
- One double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.
- Two bedrooms with two singles beds
- Two bathrooms: one with a bath and shower and one with a
shower only.
- Large kitchen complete with stove top, oven, fridge and
dishwasher. Open only when the upper floor is rented separately
(Low Season).
The country-style furniture and fittings are comfortable
inside and outside and offer many special spots where you
can be on your own. There is an ecological swimming pool (12x6
mts.) with salt water, billiard room and ping-pong table to
enjoy every moment of your holiday in the Chianti region of
Greve in Chianti, Tuscany.
In the Low Season the two floors of the villa can be rented
separately, using for the first floor the outside stairway
and the loggia entrance on the rear of the villa and for the
ground floor the main entrance of the vine covered terrace.
- Ground floor accomodation: 5+2 guests.
- First floor accomodation: 8+1 guests.
A security deposit of 800 Euro ; In
the Low Season the gas will be charge at the cost, (Euro
3,90 for m3). ; Firewood, if used, can be payed locally.
Electricity, water are always included in the rent. ;
2005:Can be split in 2 if booked 45 days prior to arrival
