vineyards and Cypress trees and it is also close to public
transport and all shops.

Entry with small sitting room with pullout bed, large open
living-dining room with high ceilings and fireplace, 2 doubles
downstairs and 1 full bathroom, stairs lead to a single walkthrough
bedroom, a full bathroom, separate twin room (ensuite wc)
and a third very large double bedroom with an additional single
bed. Country Tuscan kitchen of the villa is fully equipped.
The pool area has lounges, pergola and chairs for relaxing.
