There is a wonderful outdoor dining, private forest surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and Cypress trees and it is also close to public transport and all shops.

Wonderfully surrounded by the hills this private rental villa has well cared gardens and a loggia. The villa has a typical Tuscan furnishing of high standards, fully fenced garden and pool area.

Entry with small sitting room with pullout bed, large open living-dining room with high ceilings and fireplace, 2 doubles downstairs and 1 full bathroom, stairs lead to a single walkthrough bedroom, a full bathroom, separate twin room (ensuite wc) and a third very large double bedroom with an additional single bed. Country Tuscan kitchen of the villa is fully equipped. The pool area has lounges, pergola and chairs for relaxing. The holiday rental villa was restored with care 3 years ago. The villa is of typical Florentine style with wooden beams, terracotta floors and a beautiful fireplace. Wonderful dining experiences at the many local restaurants, some noted as the best in Italy. Relax at the villa, sip a glass of our wine and enjoy the magnificent views.
